Mr. Dinh Van Tien was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of Hoa Lu City Party Committee.

After the Hoa Lu City Party Committee ( Ninh Binh ) was established, Mr. Dinh Van Tien - Secretary of the Ninh Binh City Party Committee was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Hoa Lu City Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.

On December 26, the Executive Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee announced the decision to establish the Hoa Lu City Party Committee on the basis of merging the Ninh Binh City Party Committee and the Hoa Lu District Party Committee, after the National Assembly Standing Committee issued a Resolution on merging Hoa Lu District with Ninh Binh City, establishing Hoa Lu City under Ninh Binh Province.

Mr. Doan Minh Huan - Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee (right), presented the decision to establish Hoa Lu City Party Committee.

According to the decision, after its establishment, Hoa Lu City Party Committee has 123 grassroots Party organizations with 16,621 party members.

The Standing Committee of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee has appointed the Executive Committee of Hoa Lu City Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term, consisting of 67 members; the Standing Committee of Hoa Lu City Party Committee, consisting of 17 members; appointed Mr. Dinh Van Tien, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Ninh Binh City Party Committee, to hold the position of Secretary of the Hoa Lu City Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term; appointed Mr. Bui Thien Thi, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Hoa Lu District Party Committee and Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hoa Lu District Party Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hoa Lu City Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.

All of the above decisions officially take effect from January 1, 2025, the time when the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on merging Hoa Lu district with Ninh Binh city to establish the new Hoa Lu city takes effect.
