With an area of over 10,000 square meters and planned to build a school, for many years now, the TH3 and TN3 land (next to HH Linh Dam apartment building) has been used as an illegal car parking lot.

According to the joint Traffic Inspectorate - Hoang Mai District Police, through inspections and on-site records, the parking lots here contain nearly 1,000 vehicles (the largest in Linh Dam Urban Area) of residents - mainly in HH apartment buildings.

Since last Friday, after creating news bulletins announcing that the investor, the Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUD), will carry out the project of building a primary school and a kindergarten on the two plots of land above (red circle), Hoang Mai District and Hoang Liet Ward People's Committee have sent interdisciplinary forces including: Public Security, Mobile Police to "close" the parking lot (red x).

A representative of the People's Committee of Hoang Liet Ward said that at locations that have long been illegal parking lots, a primary school with buildings from 1 to 4 floors with a construction floor area of more than 10,100 m2 will be built; a kindergarten with buildings from 1 to 3 floors with a construction floor area of more than 5,000 m2.
