Hyundai Inster has a compact size, aimed at serving the purpose of moving in urban areas with length x width x height of 3,825 x 1,610 x 1,575 (mm) and wheelbase of 2,580mm - not much different from VinFast VF 5.

The car was developed based on the prototype Hyundai Casper with a design using many rounded lines at both the front and rear. The wheel set is sized from 15-17 inches, with a two-tone exterior option.
The Inster interior prioritizes usable space with a neat and simple dashboard and function key layout. The front and rear legroom are 1,050mm and 885mm respectively. The luggage compartment volume reaches 280 liters and increases to 351 liters when the rear seats are folded.
Hyundai confirmed that the Inster will have an off-road version called the Inster Cross in the future.
Some of the outstanding amenities include 64-color LED interior lighting, a digital dashboard and central screen of the same size of 10.25 inches, wireless charging, one-touch open/close sunroof, smart digital key, and the ability to switch from the driver's seat to the front passenger seat without having to get out of the car.
In addition, all seats in the car can be folded flat and there is an additional bench seat option in the front.
The Hyundai Inster uses an electric motor located on the front axle. The standard version has a capacity of 95 horsepower and 147Nm of torque, using a 42kWh battery for a range of 300km per full charge according to WLTP standards. Acceleration time from 0-100km/h takes 11.7 seconds and the maximum speed is 140km/h.
Meanwhile, the higher-end Inster Long Range version has a capacity of 113 horsepower, uses a 49kWh battery and can travel up to 355km per full charge. The car accelerates from 0-100km/h in 10.7 seconds before reaching a maximum speed of 150km/h.

All Inster versions support 120kW DC fast charging from 10-80% battery in 30 minutes. If using 11kW AC power, charging time takes about 4 hours. Comes with V2L feature to supply power to other devices.
The car is equipped with an active safety package (ADAS) with a series of features such as lane keeping assist, blind spot/front/rear collision avoidance assist, adaptive cruise control, adaptive automatic headlights, intelligent speed limit...
The price of the Hyundai Inster has not been announced, but according to Autocar, the car will have a starting price of around 28,000 USD (about 713 million VND).
