The district decided to dedicate this "golden land" fund to build a park and walking street, with the sole purpose of serving the community, creating a space for people to play, walk, exercise, etc.
According to research, there are 15 ancient mai trees, dozens of years old, planted in the park and walking street of Dong Co Hoi, worth up to billions.
However, these are all trees contributed by many state agencies and people in Hoai An district, brought to plant in the park, with the sole purpose of creating a space to serve the community and people's activities.
