Singer Trizzie Phuong Trinh shared her emotional thoughts about the "Artist Love" program to support singer Kasim Hoang Vu on the morning of September 16 (Vietnam time).
Last weekend, special program Artist love took place in Houston, Texas, leaving a deep impression on the audience. Trizzie Phuong Trinh shared an emotional post about the program on the morning of September 16 (Vietnam time).
The music night not only brought vibrant melodies but also emotional moments, when the audience and artists expressed deep affection for Kasim Hoang Vu - a talented singer who is facing a battle against a serious illness.
Amidst the tears and sorrow of his colleagues, Kasim appeared on the show despite his poor health. Kasim shared that before the show he was very tired and in pain, even needing to be hospitalized. But because of the love of his fellow artists and most of all the support of the Houston audience, he was determined to persevere and stand firm until the last moment to not let everyone down.
The next morning, Kasim could not bear it any longer and had to be rushed to the hospital. Before going to the hospital, he sent his deep thanks to his colleagues and fans who did not hesitate to attend the concert.
"When I get better, Kasim will write an article expressing his gratitude to all the artists and audiences who have loved and cared for Kasim," he promised.
Behind the glittering stage lights, his colleagues shed silent tears as they watched Kasim endure the indescribable pain. Despite having to use towels to soak up the water from his wound all night, Kasim still managed to stay and quietly listen to his colleagues perform. He could not sing or speak, but his presence on stage and the emotional bows of gratitude touched the hearts of hundreds of people.
The audience came to the show hoping to see Kasim perform powerful rock songs or deep love songs. However, they did not get to hear his voice. Kasim's mother - singer Bich Phuong - thanked everyone on behalf of her son. Backstage, she choked up, tears filled her eyes, continuously bowed her head to thank Trizzie Phuong Trinh and could not hold back her sobs. Kasim had kept his illness hidden from his mother until he could no longer continue.

Kasim's mother, in pain and worry, confided to Trizzie Phuong Trinh: "I have given up my singing career for more than forty years, sacrificing my personal happiness to take care of Kasim. Please help me tell Kasim to stop working and to recuperate for treatment. Without health, there is nothing left. I need Kasim, he is all I have."

While hugging Kasim to encourage him, Trizzie Phuong Trinh could not hold back her tears. He is no longer the romantic and strong image that the audience once knew, but is thin, tired and exhausted. However, the love of his colleagues and the audience is something he deeply appreciates and gives Kasim strength. She said that the money donated by artists and benefactors will only help him survive for the next few months.
"Kasim shed tears, tears of happiness because of everyone's love. That was also a great source of encouragement, giving him more strength in the fight against this deadly disease," Trizzie Phuong Trinh wrote.
Kasim Hoang Vu born in 1980 in Da Nang. His mother is the famous rock singer Bich Phuong. Kasim Hoang Vu participated in the National Television Singing Festival in 1999.
