Nui Thanh supports an additional 710 million VND to build and repair houses for policy beneficiaries.

After considering the proposal of the District People's Committee, the People's Council of Nui Thanh District, term XII (2021 - 2026) decided to allocate an additional 710 million VND from the district budget to support the construction and repair of houses for people with revolutionary contributions and relatives of martyrs according to Decision No. 21/2024 of the Prime Minister.

Pursuant to Decision No. 531/2025 of the People's Committee of Nui Thanh district on approving the list of people with revolutionary contributions and martyrs' relatives according to Decision No. 21/2024 of the Prime Minister, in the district there are 15 cases needing support for new construction and 41 cases of repair.

According to Article 3, Decision 21/2014 of the Prime Minister stipulates that the housing support level from the central and provincial levels for newly built houses is 60 million VND; repaired houses is 30 million VND. However, considering that the above support level is still low compared to current prices, therefore, the People's Council of Nui Thanh district provides additional support for 15 newly built houses, each with 20 million VND; 41 repaired houses, each with 10 million VND.
