Kieu Anh is currently pursuing a master's degree in education (Designing learning experiences and educational communications on technology platforms) at Columbia University, USA. In 2020, Kieu Anh graduated with a degree in business and sociology from Drew University, USA. After that, she continued to study at RMIT University Vietnam, majoring in digital marketing and graduating in 2023.

Kieu Anh has IELTS 8.5. In early 2024, Kieu Anh was admitted to a master's program in education at 3 universities in the US: University of Pennsylvania (Ivy League), New York University and Columbia University (Ivy League). A deep passion for education always motivates Kieu Anh to find solutions to improve the learning experience, especially in online courses. Kieu Anh wants to create online learning platforms where students not only receive knowledge, but also have a truly interesting and exciting experience with the content. "One of the things I like most when studying at Columbia University is experience design thinking, focusing on the learner and the scientific principles behind how the brain absorbs and interacts with knowledge. In the future, I will research more deeply about how to build online learning related to the topics of English, studying abroad, career orientation...", Kieu Anh shared. Kieu Anh and her lecturers at Columbia University are considering several topics for their graduation project, such as an online service to support consulting, searching for scholarships to study abroad, and career orientation for Vietnamese students. Or an online platform connecting the international student community in North America with high school students in Vietnam to open up domestic and international study and employment opportunities. Kieu Anh hopes that after completing her training program at Columbia University, she will return to Vietnam to contribute to education by bringing advanced knowledge and methods. With the hope of bringing many quality educational products and promoting the development of online learning in Vietnam.
Motivating Young People to Learn English
Kieu Anh was fortunate to study with teachers who were dedicated to their profession. That was the inspiration for Kieu Anh to pursue education and determine that this was a long-term career. This girl was the host of the IELTS Face - off program broadcast on VTV7 season 11. When studying abroad, Kieu Anh clearly determined her goal to become a dedicated educator and inspire and motivate young people, contributing to improving traditional learning methods. When teaching online courses, Kieu Anh often guides and explains to students to understand the root of the problem. “Learning English in general and IELTS in particular should not only serve the goal of achieving high scores, but also focus on teaching thinking when applying in practice,” Kieu Anh said. According to Kieu Anh, English is a language used by many countries. If you deeply understand the history, origin, and reasons why English has become an international language, you will understand that there are differences in the way it is used in many countries. For example, English when used in the UK will be different from the US, Singapore, etc. “Therefore, there is no standard way of speaking or dialect of English. As long as we achieve the purpose of the conversation, we have succeeded in using the language. Accepting dialects when communicating is a way to show respect for the cultural identity of that country,” Kieu Anh shared her views on English pronunciation.
