According to Viral Press news agency - based in Thailand, the incident involving this woman occurred at Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila - Philippines on June 8.
At least two Philippine media outlets, The Manila Times and Journal Online, identified the woman as a Vietnamese woman named Th. Nguyen, 34. She was about to board a flight to Ho Chi Minh City when she suddenly took off all her clothes.
The incident stemmed from a dispute over visa overstay fees.
In a fit of rage, the female tourist stormed into the women's restroom at Ninoy Aquino Airport. Minutes later, she emerged naked, then passed through the security gate with scanners.
The footage shows her walking through the security area to the departure immigration counter, while confused ground staff followed behind and did not know how to stop her.

"We don't know why she did it. We know that the woman immigrated and was supposed to be deported. She was planning to fly back to Ho Chi Minh City but there was a problem with her visa," airport security officer Michael Ronald de Guzman told Viral Press.
Security guards then stopped the female tourist and gave her clothes, food and drinks. The female tourist was described by many media as "distressed", "confused" and "angry" when asked to pay additional visa overstay fees.
"She seemed a little frustrated because she couldn't communicate in Tagalog, and her English wasn't good either. She only knew Vietnamese, so we talked to her through Google Translate. She was fine. After a while, she got dressed," said Manuel Sequitin, of the Philippine National Security and Emergency Management Agency.

The woman is said to be undergoing treatment for a mental disorder, Philstar reported.
