(Dan Tri) - Female workers said that in 2024, they will still achieve a salary of over 10 million VND/month, somewhat higher than in 2023. In the 13th month, workers will also receive 1.6 months of salary, an additional 16 million VND.
Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Anh (48 years old, worker at Garment Corporation 10) is happy that in 26 years of working, her income has never decreased, although the general situation was clearly difficult in many periods. In 2024, after a rather tense period in the first half of the year, the whole company has reached the finish line with somewhat improved salary and bonus results.
Having been with the factory since her early days, based on her personal experiences, Ms. Anh plans to continue working here until she retires.
"My income has increased this year, reaching an average of 10 million VND per month, as expected," Nguyen Thi Huong (46 years old) happily shared. The female worker has also been with the factory for nearly 20 years because the work is steady and her salary is not delayed. The income at the factory helps her raise two children.
In the new year, female workers expect work to go smoothly, income to continue to improve and the company to receive more orders.

At the launching ceremony of the emulation movement with 2,000 workers and laborers on the first working day of 2025, Mr. Than Duc Viet, General Director of May 10 Company, informed about the positive results in the past year.
Mr. Viet said that although 2024 will face many common challenges of the economy, the Vietnamese textile and garment industry as well as May 10 will always strive to ensure jobs and maintain stable income for workers.

In 2024, the company's revenue will increase by 11% and its profit will increase by 14%. Labor income will reach an average of 10 million VND per person, an increase of 8% compared to 2023. The average 13th month income will reach 1.6 months' salary, equivalent to 16 million VND.
In addition to the above, workers are supported with 22% of their July income every year on the occasion of their children starting school, and receive periodic health check-ups twice a year...
During the year, the company also actively participated in charity activities with a total contribution of more than 2 billion VND. One of the outstanding activities was sponsoring and coordinating with Dan Tri newspaper to build and inaugurate Dan Tri bridge in Ngoc Chien commune, Muong La district, Son La province.

"We set a target of over VND5,000 billion in revenue this year, with average employee income reaching over VND10 million per month, equivalent to a 5% growth rate compared to 2024," the leader of the company, which has been honored as an "Enterprise for Workers" for 10 consecutive times, added. The unit was awarded the Government's emulation flag for its efforts over the past year.
