At the same time, it promotes socialization, calls on and mobilizes organizations and individuals to support funding, seeds, and labor with the government to develop urban trees and flower gardens. The city also focuses on managing, operating, and dredging the drainage system well, promptly handling localized flooding on main roads; strengthening inspection, examination, and strictly handling environmental violations, cutting down trees, urban order, encroachment on roads and sidewalks; regularly organizing campaigns to collect and resolve the situation of beggars, vagrants, and mentally ill people...

The rate of collected urban household waste reaches 99%; 100% of waste in Binh Son - Ninh Chu beach tourist areas and spots is collected and treated; 100% of hazardous industrial waste and medical waste is controlled and treated according to regulations. Comrade Nguyen Hoai Nam added: Continuing to build Phan Rang - Thap Cham to be more and more spacious, civilized and modern, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee recently issued Resolution No. 12-NQ/TU dated January 18, 2023 on building Phan Rang - Thap Cham City "bright - green - clean - beautiful - civilized", period 2021-2025, orientation to 2030.
