After 1 year of implementing the Agreement on socio-economic development cooperation between Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces of the Central Coast, the provinces and cities have paid attention to developing plans and actively implementing the signed cooperation agreements, creating an environment and motivation for businesses and investors to proactively link up and cooperate in trade. Departments, branches, sectors and relevant units of Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces of the Central Coast have proactively exchanged information and experiences; actively coordinated in organizing and implementing cooperation events in Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces in the region. The implementation plans of the localities have clearly defined responsibilities, tasks, solutions, clearly assigned the implementing unit, the new agency to contact, exchange information, coordinate with relevant departments and sectors to implement cooperation contents; coordinate in implementing activities connecting supply - demand, promoting trade, supporting the consumption of local products. Many specific cooperation contents between localities in each year and the period of 2024-2025 have been shaped and coordinated for implementation, including organizing the introduction of OCOP products into distribution systems in Ho Chi Minh City, promoting them to consumers in the city of more than 10 million people; gradually creating cooperative relationships in the field of trade and goods exchange between Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces of the Central Coast; contributing to stabilizing the market in the city, while supporting producers to find stable and sustainable output, thereby boldly investing, improving quality, and expanding scale. Regional linkage events in industries and fields have spread to implement cooperation in the coming time, creating an impression on the economy of each locality.

Speaking at the conference, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: After 1 year of implementing the Agreement on socio-economic development cooperation between Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces of the Central Coast in general and Ninh Thuan province in particular, many positive results have been achieved in the fields of investment promotion, trade, tourism, agriculture, including successfully organizing the Supply - Demand Connection Program between Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces of the Central Coast; participating in the Tourism Festival program and holding a press conference on the Ceremony to receive the UNESCO Certificate of recognition for "Cham pottery art on the List of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Need of Urgent Protection" and the Ninh Thuan Grape - Wine Festival; participating in organizing the Ho Chi Minh City International Tourism Fair; conference to share information in the field of agriculture; thematic conference on high-tech agricultural development in Ninh Thuan province, contributing to opening up new opportunities for socio-economic development of Ninh Thuan province. Thereby, affirming the policy of cooperation in socio-economic development between Ninh Thuan province in particular, the Central Coast provinces in general and Ho Chi Minh City is completely correct, suitable to the actual conditions of the province, contributing to socio-economic development, tightening cooperative relations, creating a premise for long-term cooperation development between localities.
Comrade Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, discussed with leaders of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and leaders of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee about the content of socio-economic development cooperation between provinces and cities.
To promote and enhance the effectiveness of cooperation and investment promotion work of Ho Chi Minh City in the locality in the coming time, Ninh Thuan province proposes that the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City support and implement 5 key cooperation contents, including: Tourism; healthcare; traffic connection; investment promotion, trade, services; transfer of scientific and technological advances in agriculture and rural development. With the tradition of hospitality and the aspiration to rise of the people of Ninh Thuan, we are willing to welcome and create all favorable conditions in terms of preferential policies and mechanisms, open and quick investment procedures for investors from Ho Chi Minh City, provinces and domestic and foreign partners to come to Ninh Thuan to seek investment and business cooperation opportunities.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Duong Ngoc Hai, Standing Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, acknowledged that the cooperation program has had positive effects and widespread impacts on the business community of Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces in the region. To continue to promote the effectiveness of cooperation in socio-economic development, the leaders of Ho Chi Minh City requested that local leaders continue to pay attention and unanimously direct local agencies and units to strengthen coordination with departments, branches and units of the city. Ho Chi Minh City focuses on implementing the Cooperation Program for the period 2024 - 2025 with 11 regional-level events and 11 bilateral cooperation contents, focusing on key areas: Promoting investment, trade and tourism promotion activities; supporting the connection of supply and demand for goods consumption between localities, boosting exports; linking tourism development; supporting health care development, education and training development, etc.
The organizing committee awarded the conference hosting flag to Quang Ngai province.
At the end of the conference, the Organizing Committee handed over the flag to host the Conference to summarize the Socio-Economic Development Cooperation Program between Ho Chi Minh City and the Central Coast provinces for the period 2023-2025 to Quang Ngai province.
