Nong Thuy Hang, 2 years after being crowned Miss Ethnic Vietnam, revealed her marriage story, attracting attention.

Miss Ethnic Vietnam 2022 Nong Thuy Hang has impressive academic achievements.

Nong Thuy Hang is a Tay ethnic in Ha Giang. She was born into a family with a father who is a border guard officer and a mother who is an electricity officer in Ha Giang province. It is known that the beauty born in 1999 has an impressive academic record, having been an excellent student for 12 years. She won third prize in the national excellent student competition and was directly admitted to the National Economics University.

Nong Thuy Hang was also on the list of outstanding ethnic minority students in 2016 to attend the President’s Commendation Ceremony and receive gifts. Currently, she has graduated with honors in International Business at the National Economics University.

In addition to her admirable academic achievements, Nong Thuy Hang is also a familiar face to the beauty-loving community. Before being crowned Miss Ethnic Vietnam 2022, Nong Thuy Hang participated in the Miss World Vietnam 2019 contest but regretfully only made it to the Top 39 and entered the Top 8 Media Beauties.

After this contest, the Tay ethnic beauty continues her dream of winning the Miss Vietnam 2020 crown. Sharing about this comeback, Nong Thuy Hang once said that she wants to become an inspiration for efforts in life. "I am confident because I always try my best, and at the same time I also want to become the pride of my homeland and people," Nong Thuy Hang shared. As a result, Nong Thuy Hang stopped at the Top 35 of Miss Vietnam 2020.

Referring to the reason for participating in the Miss Ethnic Vietnam 2022 contest, the beauty born in 1999 said: "When I learned about the contest, I was sure that this would be the place I needed to set foot in to introduce to friends everywhere about the traditional culture of the Tay ethnic group as well as the beauty of the people and nature of the mountains and forests of Ha Giang".

As a result, Nong Thuy Hang was crowned Miss Ethnic Vietnam 2022. She is also the first Tay ethnic beauty in Ha Giang to be crowned Miss.

In 2023, Nong Thuy Hang attracted attention by becoming the representative of Vietnam to participate in the Miss Friendship International contest held in China. As a result, she won the 2nd runner-up prize at Miss Friendship International 2023. In addition, the beauty from Ha Giang also entered the Top 6 of the talent competition when performing the song We Welcome You in 3 languages: Vietnamese - English - Chinese.

In May 2024, the beauty born in 1999 became the National Director of the Miss Friendship International contest in Vietnam.

In response to a question from Dan Viet reporter about being quite quiet after winning the 2nd runner-up title of Miss International Friendship 2023, Nong Thuy Hang said: "In the past time, I have been actively working from walking on the catwalk, sitting on the judge's chair of competitions, hosting programs, training to participating in community activities and charity projects. However, up to now, I have chosen to work hard, with little "banging gongs and drums".

Not long ago, I decided to move to Ho Chi Minh City. I had intended to "go South" for a long time, but for many reasons, the plan kept being delayed. I found the entertainment market in the South vibrant and promising. Every time I went on a business trip, I really liked the environment here. When I moved to Ho Chi Minh City to live and work, I received the love of my friends and colleagues... Even so, I still work in parallel in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. In particular, I will often return to Ha Giang to participate in projects promoting the culture and tourism of my hometown."

Talking about her current life, Miss Nong Thuy Hang revealed to PV Dan Viet about her plan to study for a Master's degree at the National Economics University. "This November, I will start studying for a Master's degree in Advanced Management at the National Economics University. I think cultivating knowledge is a lifelong job. The more I study, the more I realize how limited my knowledge is. I hope the audience will see Nong Thuy Hang not only glamorous on stage, on the red carpet in gorgeous outfits, but also a knowledgeable Miss."

Regarding love affairs, Miss Vietnam Ethnic Groups 2022 is quite secretive, never publicly revealing her "other half" to the media.

"Currently, I am not pressured to get married because it is a combination of love, understanding and sharing, not a burden to face. In love, I do not put too much emphasis on finances and think that this should not be the main factor to start and nurture each relationship. I will get married when I meet the right person, the most important thing is to have trust, sincere feelings, empathy and the will to rise up in life", Miss Nong Thuy Hang shared with Dan Viet.
