(QNO) - On the morning of April 14, the People's Committee of Nong Son district held a conference to summarize emulation and reward work in 2022 and launch the patriotic emulation movement in 2023.

In 2022, the People's Committee of Nong Son district regularly carried out information and propaganda work, promoted patriotic emulation movements; discovered and commended many good people and good deeds. Agencies, units and localities carried out emulation movements well, contributing to the successful implementation of socio- economic , defense and security targets in 2022.

Last year, the total production value in the area reached 1,639 billion VND, reaching more than 100% of the plan; grain output reached 13,006 tons, reaching more than 103% of the plan. State budget revenue was nearly 84 billion VND, reaching more than 132% of the plan assigned by the province. Social investment capital is estimated at about 275 billion VND, reaching 110% of the plan. The whole district achieved 107 new rural criteria, an average of 17.8 criteria/commune. There are 62 households escaping poverty according to the multidimensional poverty standard for the period 2022 - 2025.

At the conference, 6 collectives were awarded the Emulation Flag by the Provincial People's Committee, 5 collectives were awarded the title of Excellent Labor Collective, 4 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. The District People's Committee also commended and rewarded 23 collectives and 90 individuals with outstanding achievements in performing their tasks in 2022.
