The Responsible Green Tick Program, implemented by Ho Chi Minh City since the beginning of 2024, has received active participation from agricultural product suppliers in Lam Dong province, retailers, and supermarket chains, alongside the support of state management agencies such as the Department of Industry and Trade of Lam Dong province, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Lam Dong province, etc. Participating in this program, agricultural product suppliers self-monitor the quality of their goods during production, are subject to supervision, and proactively share information with relevant parties to prevent defective products (if any) from reaching consumers; retailers work together with suppliers to prevent substandard products, voluntarily cooperate with state agencies and suppliers to form a comprehensive quality control system, and receive specific support policies for responsible green tick products. The State is responsible for managing and supporting relevant parties in controlling product quality, promoting communication so that people know about and trust responsible products with a green checkmark, and proactively taking measures to prevent and eliminate substandard products; consumers should raise their awareness and responsibility by proactively trusting responsible products with a green checkmark, monitoring responsible products with a green checkmark, and boycotting substandard products.
