Currently, the implementation of the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in the province is behind schedule compared to the plan issued by the Central Government. The National Assembly Standing Committee has not yet considered and approved the Project on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in Hai Duong province for the period 2023 - 2025. This has significantly affected the mindset of cadres and civil servants. Meanwhile, from now until the end of the year, the commune level will also carry out many tasks, focusing on preparing for the Party Congresses at all levels. Therefore, in order for the communes to be arranged to ensure all activities, all levels and sectors need to further strengthen measures to urge and support cadres and civil servants in the communes subject to merger.
