With a total of 64 union members and employees, most of whom are young, dynamic and creative, the staff of Quang Ninh Planning and Construction Design Consulting Joint Stock Company has good professional qualifications and the ability to quickly access advanced science, engineering and technology in the field of consulting and designing large projects in the province.
With a correct understanding of the role of emulation and the importance of the grassroots trade union executive committee in coordinating the launching of emulation, the Company's leadership has paid attention to and created favorable conditions for the trade union organization to operate. Therefore, the grassroots trade union of Quang Ninh Planning and Construction Design Consulting Joint Stock Company has responded well to many emulation movements launched by the higher-level trade union. The results obtained from the emulation movement have become the driving force, motivating the union members to work with peace of mind, stick with the profession, and work hard to exceed the set targets and plans.

In addition, the unit's union also regularly launches short-term emulation movements, linked to the progress of key projects, celebrating holidays and major events of the province. The unit also focuses on investing in functional departments with many modern and synchronous professional equipment; applying new software in design and project estimates.
From the above efforts, the business results of the unit always meet the planned targets; the quality of the projects that the unit undertakes to consult and design is increasingly improved, highly appreciated by the authorities and investors. Typical projects include: CDC Quang Ninh Center for Disease Control; Investment project to upgrade and expand Quang Ninh Lung Hospital; Project to expand and build new Cam Pha High School; Quang La Secondary and High School; Renovation and expansion of Ba Che District Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities...
Responding to the program "1 million initiatives", the Company's officers and employees had 2 initiatives recognized by the Company's Initiative Council such as: "Design of smart electrical system for hospital construction project". The solution has helped save time and production costs for the company within 1 month ahead of schedule. Or initiative " Application of Revit software in construction design". Using Revit software has automated, increased the ability to collaborate between departments: Architecture, structure, cost estimates... All work on a unified model, all information is updated regularly to create a smooth information flow, helping to save time and production costs.
From the emulation movement, typical advanced individuals have emerged, including Mr. Dao Trong Thanh, Head of the Planning and Architecture Design Team, who is one of the first individuals of the Company to apply 3D Sketchup software to deploy simple and quick ideas with a friendly graphical interface to increase work efficiency. In particular, the use of Revit software allows modeling of shapes, structures and systems in 3D with high accuracy according to the parameter system, streamlining project management. From 2022 to 2024, Mr. Thanh was voted by the Company as an "Excellent Union Member" and this year received a certificate of merit for outstanding advanced workers from the Provincial People's Committee.
With its achievements, Quang Ninh Construction Design and Planning Consulting Joint Stock Company has been recognized for many years as an advanced labor collective and excellent laborer in the Construction industry.
