The province currently has 4 industrial parks in operation, attracting nearly 170 enterprises to invest in production, including over 80 foreign-invested enterprises. In 2024, the revenue of enterprises is estimated to reach more than 80,000 billion VND, an increase of about 30% over the same period last year, creating jobs for 60,000 workers with an average income of over 7 million VND/person/month.
Tasa Group Joint Stock Company (Thuy Van Industrial Park, Viet Tri City) specializes in manufacturing ceramic tiles, with an estimated production output of about 24 million m2 in 2024. Ms. Ta Thi Minh Thu - Head of the Company's Administrative Organization Department said: "The Company diversifies its ceramic and granite tile products with large-size tiles, special effects, glazed ceramic tiles... Along with improving product quality, the Company aims to diversify markets, expand consumption abroad; focus on taking good care of old customers and promoting the exploitation and search for new markets; grasp market developments to have solutions to ensure quality and price".
To support business development, the province promptly implemented policies to remove difficulties and obstacles for businesses, especially in terms of site clearance. In 2024, the construction of Phu Ha Industrial Park Phase I was completed, and the Cam Khe Industrial Park was basically cleared. Along with that, the loosened monetary policy, reduced lending interest rates... have helped businesses increase their ability to recover and expand production and business. In the last months of the year, the production situation of businesses has gradually improved, taking advantage of opportunities, and having many new orders.
Shinsung Vina Co., Ltd. (Cam Khe Industrial Park) is a 100% Korean-invested enterprise, which started operating in 2019 with the main production lines of PP yarn and belts. The Company's revenue in 2024 is estimated to reach over 180 billion VND. Mr. Shin Chun Ki - General Director of the Company said: "Our company focuses on investing in research and development of new products, from standard belts to special belt products serving different industries. The demand for belts from partners at the end of the year is quite high, so to ensure quality, delivery time, and completion of targets and production plans for 2024, the Company has planned raw materials and focused on machine maintenance".
Industrial parks play an important role in the process of industrialization, modernization and investment attraction of the province. Currently, the province is focusing on mobilizing and encouraging social resources to invest and operate infrastructure of industrial parks and clusters; prioritizing investment and development of the transport system connecting industrial parks and clusters with the main traffic system to ensure smooth and synchronous traffic, creating a strong driving force for socio-economic development in general and industrial development in particular. For sustainable development, enterprises in the industrial parks themselves need to continue to proactively develop production and business plans, expand markets; increase updating of new regulations and fully implement legal policies in the process of production and business activities.
