According to initial information, the four victims with severe burns include: Loc Khanh Duy, born in 1995, residing in Trung Hoi commune, Dinh Hoa district; Nguyen Quang Chat, born in 1986, residing in Vinh Son commune, Song Cong city; Vu Manh Hung, born in 1989, residing in Huong Son ward, Thai Nguyen city; Nguyen Xuan Dung, born in 1987, residing in Mo Che ward, Song Cong city.
Of these, 3 victims were diagnosed with serious injuries and are being treated at the National Burn Hospital; 1 victim is being treated at Thai Nguyen C Hospital.
The incident is being urgently investigated and verified by the authorities to remedy the consequences.
