At the workshop, delegates listened to local leaders assess the current situation, potential and orientation of agricultural development in the area. Accordingly, up to now, production in the direction of VietGAP has been participated in by 20 models/185.15 ha/217 households; supporting entities to implement the One Commune One Product (OCOP) Program, up to now, there are 13 products with 3-star potential and 5 products with 4-star potential; supporting cooperatives and entities to build stamps, packaging, labels,... and trace the origin of products; over 26 hectares of seedless lemons and 30 hectares of green asparagus have been granted growing area codes to meet export demand in domestic and foreign markets.

Within the framework of the workshop, delegates exchanged and discussed the current situation of fruit production and consumption, as well as the requirements of countries for fruit imports; forecasting factors affecting the export market of fruit products; applying high-tech agriculture in production and application of circular agriculture; improving the quality of Ninh Son fruit. At the same time, propose solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles for farmers in sustainable fruit production and consumption; linking production, promoting the export of local fruit products.
Speaking at the workshop, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee noted that the leaders of Ninh Son district should absorb the comments and share experiences of the delegates, thereby proposing strategic directions, plans and specific solutions to reorganize production, improve the capacity of fruit supply for the domestic market, towards export. Special attention should be paid to playing the role of a bridge in linking the "four houses"; promoting the call for domestic and foreign organizations and enterprises to support and invest in production, applying mechanization and technical advances to increase the value and competitiveness of product output. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the provincial Department of Agriculture to promote the development of agricultural ecosystems and fruit industry ecosystems; plan concentrated production areas, large-scale cultivation; build a green economy, a circular economy in agriculture; have a mechanism to encourage startups and innovation; promote digital transformation in agriculture, towards diversifying the province's agricultural export markets. For agricultural cooperatives, cooperative groups and farmers, it is necessary to innovate thinking, reorganize agricultural production activities; grasp the market, apply scientific and technical advances in production and promote product consumption linkages to increase output value and income per unit area.
