Ninh Phuoc: Consulting conference on developing Bau Truc craft village

On May 30, Ninh Phuoc District People's Committee organized a consultation conference on the development of Bau Truc craft village, Phuoc Dan town. Attending the consultation conference were representatives of departments, branches, localities; representatives of experts and architects of Hanoi City.

At the conference, consultants, architects and delegates discussed and advised on: Orientation of planning for development and conservation of Bau Truc pottery village in the first 5-year period 2025 - 2030; orientation for developing cultural tourism combined with a chain of tourist attractions in the district; design of the Cultural symbol cluster and Bau Truc village gate; proposals to improve the effectiveness of applying Bau Truc pottery products to life; supplementing projects for developing small-scale handicrafts associated with tourism development; environmental protection issues in developing craft villages...

Through the consultation conference, the People's Committee of Ninh Phuoc district and Phuoc Dan town will have a clearer view of the preservation and development of Bau Truc craft village, which UNESCO has listed as "Cham pottery art on the List of intangible cultural heritage in need of urgent protection".
