Through the implementation of collecting public opinions on the Project to merge Ha Nam province, Ninh Binh province and Nam Dinh province into Ninh Binh province and the Project to arrange commune-level administrative units in Ninh Binh province in 2025, especially the establishment of Tay Hoa Lu ward in Ninh Binh province in the future, I realize that this is a necessary arrangement and suitable for the new development trend.

In the cultural field, the arrangement of administrative units will open up a larger, more diverse and colorful cultural space. Instead of each commune having an independent art club, after the merger, it will create conditions for the formation of larger and higher quality clubs. This will create conditions for artists and art cores to concentrate on activities and practice better, and certainly, the performances serving the people will be more invested, richer and more attractive.

Previously, many villages and hamlets wanted to establish art clubs, especially traditional art forms such as Cheo singing, but lacked human resources. In the context of the new administrative unit arrangement, with expanded geographical space, finding and gathering people with the same passion and talent will become easier, creating conditions for the development of these clubs.

As the Head of the District Literature and Arts Association, I will make more efforts to find new factors, arouse the passion for art in the community and actively spread traditional Cheo melodies to every village, hamlet and commune in the area.
