According to Decision No. 242/QD-UBND dated April 11, 2024 of the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province on approving the list of poor households receiving support for house construction and repair in 2024 in the province, in 2024, the whole province has 424 households receiving support for house construction and repair.
Of the 424 households supported to build and repair houses in 2024, 322 households were supported to build new houses and 102 households were supported to repair houses. The total support cost was 37.3 billion VND (32.2 billion VND for new construction and 5.1 billion VND for repair).
Specifically: Ninh Binh city has 7 households supported to build and repair houses, with a total support budget of 650 million VND; Tam Diep city has 6 households supported to build and repair houses, with a total support budget of 500 million VND; Hoa Lu district has 23 households supported to build and repair houses, with a total support budget of 1.95 billion VND; Nho Quan district has 152 households supported to build and repair houses, with a total support budget of 13.4 billion VND; Yen Khanh district has 48 households supported to build and repair houses, with a total support budget of 4.05 billion VND; Yen Mo district has 64 households supported to build and repair houses, with a total support budget of 6.25 billion VND; Gia Vien district has 49 households supported to build and repair houses, with a total support budget of 4.5 billion VND; Kim Son district has 75 households supported to build and repair houses, with a total support budget of 6 billion VND.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to coordinate with the Department of Construction to guide districts and cities in implementing support, organizing inspections and supervision to ensure effective implementation of the policy. The Department of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and related units to advise the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Provincial People's Council a targeted supplement to the provincial budget in 2024 for districts and cities to support the construction and repair of houses for poor households in accordance with regulations.
The People's Committees of districts and cities shall organize implementation according to the approved list. Regularly urge, inspect and supervise communes, wards and towns to ensure that the support is accurate, fair and transparent, and that there is no loss or negativity.
