Areas and routes where people and vehicles are prohibited from traveling; stopping and parking are prohibited and traffic is restricted, including: Ba Son Bridge (from Thu Duc City to District 1); Nguyen Binh Khiem Street (section from Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street to Nguyen Huu Canh Street); Dinh Tien Hoang Street (section from Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street to Le Duan Street); Ton Duc Thang Street (section from Le Duan Street to the U-turn point in front of 37 Ton Duc Thang); Mac Dinh Chi Street (section from Tran Cao Van Street to Nguyen Du Street); Hai Ba Trung Street (section from Vo Van Tan Street to Ly Tu Trong Street); Pham Ngoc Thach Street (section from Ho Con Rua Roundabout to Notre Dame Cathedral); Pasteur Street (section from Vo Van Tan Street to Ly Tu Trong Street); Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street (section from Vo Van Tan Street to Ly Tu Trong Street); Truong Dinh Street (section from Vo Van Tan Street to Ly Tu Trong Street); Nguyen Du Street (from Ton Duc Thang Street to Cach Mang Thang 8 Street) and Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street (from Nguyen Binh Khiem Street to Cach Mang Thang 8 Street).

The time for banning people and vehicles from circulating will fall between 5pm the previous day and 1am the following day. Specifically on Tuesday (April 22); Friday (April 25). The time frame from 3am to 12pm includes Sunday (April 27) and Wednesday (April 30).

The Traffic Police Department notes that only individuals and organizations are allowed to walk to their homes or hotels for accommodation, and employees who are on urgent work at agencies or units are allowed to take the correct route to a place that has been proven to be in a restricted traffic area. In the above cases, people need to bring identification documents to prove their identity (ID card, passport, etc.) or contact the police station in charge of the area where they live to receive support on how to enter the restricted security area according to the instructions of the security force. The Traffic Police Department has also provided alternative directions for people to avoid the area where the ceremony is held.

People coming to watch the celebrations can use public transportation such as buses and Metro to avoid wasting time looking for parking.
