Vietnamese beauties will participate in international "arenas" in 2024

Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy, a beauty born in 2002 in Da Nang, will compete in Miss International in November.

The lineup of contestants for the world’s biggest beauty and male pageants in Vietnam has been completed. In particular, in the last three months of this year, a group of Vietnamese beauties are ready to “fight” in major international “arenas”.

The beauty who will compete internationally the earliest in 2024 is Pham Thi Anh Vuong. The 4th runner-up of Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 is currently competing in the Miss Asia Pacific International contest.

Pham Thi Anh Vuong was born in 2002, from Binh Thuan. She is 1.74 m tall, with measurements of 86-60-94 cm. Ms. Pham Kim Dung, General Director of Sen Vang Company, the unit that holds the copyright for most international beauty contests in Vietnam, commented: “Anh Vuong is a girl who is always full of energy and has always practiced very hard during the past time. Vuong's beauty is unique, her skin is dark and healthy, and her personality is also very decisive. She is determined and serious about what she does.”

Meanwhile, Vo Le Que Anh will be the Vietnamese representative to succeed Le Hoang Phuong at the Miss Grand International 2014 contest. After finishing 4th runner-up at Miss Grand Vietnam 2023, Que Anh is expected to make history at this beauty contest, one of the top 6 "beauty playgrounds" in the world.

Que Anh was born in 2001, is 1.72 m tall and has measurements of 78-62-89 cm. The beauty graduated from Hue University with a major in Korean language and culture. Coming to Miss Grand International, the beauty queen from Quang Nam can communicate in English and Korean.

In addition, Que Anh also has singing and performing skills, meeting the 4B criteria (Beauty; Body; Brain; Business) that the contest is looking for. The beauty queen said she is cultivating and perfecting her catwalk, behavior, communication and singing skills to continue the proud journey of previous Vietnamese representatives at Miss Grand International.

“What I need to improve is to be more confident in presenting in front of a crowd. Many people say that I have a gentle appearance, but in fact I am an active person in social activities and cultural programs. I will try to harmonize all four criteria of beauty - body - brain - business of Miss Grand International,” Que Anh said.

After being crowned Miss World Vietnam 2023, Miss Huynh Tran Y Nhi was chosen as the next representative at the 72nd Miss World contest. Y Nhi was born in 2002 and was crowned in her hometown of Binh Dinh. She is 1.75m tall and has measurements of 79-59-89 cm.

Before representing Vietnam at the 72nd Miss World, Y Nhi set a goal to complete her studies. She is studying at the University of Sydney, Australia. During her time studying abroad, the beauty simultaneously perfected many skills, preparing for her journey to the world's largest beauty contest. In addition, taking advantage of her vacations, Y Nhi returned to Vietnam to do volunteer work, preparing for the "Beauty with a purpose" project at the contest.

Following the proud achievements of Bao Ngoc and Ngoc Hang, Miss Grand Vietnam 2023 1st Runner-up Bui Khanh Linh will head to the Miss Intercontinental contest in November.

Over the past time, Khanh Linh has made constant efforts to prove and perfect her external beauty and charity projects. When asked whether the achievements of her “seniors” Bao Ngoc and Ngoc Hang put pressure on her, Khanh Linh said: “At first, I felt a little pressure. However, the success of Miss Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc and Runner-up Le Nguyen Ngoc Hang has become a source of inspiration for Linh to continue her passion in this international beauty contest.”

Miss Intercontinental 2024 will take place from November 20, in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. The final night will take place on December 6 with the competition of 70 contestants from many countries and territories.

Also leaving next November, Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy, a beauty born in 2002 in Da Nang, will compete in Miss International (the third largest beauty pageant in the world) in November, in Japan.

According to information from the Miss International organization, the format of this year's contest has changed in a new direction. Therefore, Miss Thanh Thuy in particular and beauty pageant contestants in general will have to face a big challenge in this 64-year-old contest.

As the "handsome man" who will compete in Mister World this coming November, Pham Tuan Ngoc is considered to have enough experience and courage to represent Vietnam in the international competition on home soil.

Pham Tuan Ngoc was born in 1999 in Hai Phong. The current Mister World Vietnam impresses with his height of 1.84m and toned body. In addition, Tuan Ngoc is fluent in English, having graduated from the English language department of the National Economics University.

Mr World Vietnam is expected to take place in Vung Tau and Binh Thuan. 100 kings from countries and territories around the world will participate in the competition.
