Specifically, group 1 includes: People with revolutionary contributions as prescribed in the Ordinance on preferential treatment for people with revolutionary contributions; War veterans; People eligible for monthly social security benefits;
People from poor households; ethnic minorities living in areas with difficult socio-economic conditions; people living in areas with especially difficult socio-economic conditions; people living in island communes, island districts and some other subjects according to Clause 9, Article 3 of Decree 146/2018/ND-CP.
Relatives of martyrs include: biological father; biological mother; wife or husband, children of martyrs; people who have contributed to raising martyrs; People aged 80 or older who are receiving monthly allowances.
Group 2 stipulates the groups of subjects that are paid 100% of medical examination and treatment costs and does not apply the limit on the payment rate for drugs, chemicals, medical supplies and technical services, including:
Revolutionary activists before January 1, 1945;
Revolutionary activist from January 1, 1945 to the August 1945 uprising;
Vietnamese Heroic Mothers; War invalids, including type B war invalids recognized before December 31, 1993, people enjoying policies like war invalids with a body injury rate of 81% or more;
War invalids with a body injury rate of 81% or more;
Resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals have a body injury rate of 81% or more;
War invalids, including type B war invalids recognized before December 31, 1993, people who enjoy the same policies as war invalids and sick soldiers when treating wounds or recurring illnesses;
Children under 6 years old.
Group 3: Health insurance participants go to the commune health center for medical examination and treatment.
Group 4: People whose medical examination and treatment costs per visit are less than 15% of the basic salary.
Group 5: People who have participated in health insurance for 5 consecutive years or more and have the amount of co-payment for medical examination and treatment costs in the year greater than 6 months of basic salary.
District and provincial social insurance: Re-issue and exchange health insurance cards without changing information according to the health insurance card form issued with Decision No. 1666/QD-BHXH dated December 3, 2020 of the General Director of Vietnam Social Security for health insurance participants in other districts and provinces.
In case the health insurance card is lost, people can request the social insurance agency where they are temporarily residing to reissue the health insurance card (without changing the information) or can request to reissue the health insurance card online through: National Public Service Portal, Electronic Information Portal dichvucong.baohiemxahoi.gov.vn, digital social insurance application (VssID).
