Of which, 1 high-altitude shooting point is at the beginning of the Saigon River tunnel (Thu Duc City) and 4 low-altitude shooting points are at Thao Dien Villa Area (Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City); Van Phuc Urban Area (Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc City); Vacant land area lot N4-D6, Tay Bac Industrial Park (Tan An Hoi Commune, Cu Chi District); Dam Sen Cultural Park (Ward 3, District 11).

According to the Traffic Police Department (PC08) of Ho Chi Minh City Police, the city center will be restricted, traffic will be divided and vehicles will not be allowed to enter the fireworks display area.

Therefore, the unit recommends that people traveling to this area need to be proactive in their time, choose a suitable parking spot, walk to the fireworks viewing area; do not stop or park on the road or sidewalk contrary to the law, causing traffic obstruction; follow the instructions and traffic flow requirements of the functional forces, especially the traffic police.

People whose routes are restricted and do not allow traffic according to the above scheduled time frames need to proactively take appropriate alternative routes and calculate travel time to avoid affecting their work and travel itinerary.

People who bring children to crowded areas need to pay attention to closely supervising them to avoid unfortunate incidents such as children suddenly running out into the street, causing traffic safety problems, getting lost in the crowd while watching fireworks...

Finally, during and after the fireworks display, people need to comply with the law on ensuring traffic safety and order such as not speeding, overtaking recklessly, obeying speed regulations, and not being allowed to drive when there is alcohol in the breath...

Direction from District 4 to Binh Thanh District: Nguyen Tat Thanh - Hoang Dieu - Ong Lanh Bridge - Nguyen Thai Hoc - Nguyen Thi Nghia - CMT8 - Nguyen Thi Minh Khai - go to Binh Thanh District.

Direction from Thu Duc City to District 3, 5: Mai Chi Tho - Nguyen Co Thach - Nguyen Huu Canh - Ton Duc Thang - Dinh Tien Hoang - Vo Thi Sau - 3/2 Street - go to District 3, 5.

Direction from District 3, 5 to Thu Duc City: 3/2 Street - CMT8 - Dien Bien Phu - to Thu Duc City.
