Emotion and pride were the thoughts running through the program when the Organizing Committee, as well as the cadres, soldiers, and youth today welcomed and listened to the heroic stories of the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, comrades, generals, Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, and veterans who participated in the resistance war against the US to save the country, especially directly participating in the historic Ho Chi Minh Campaign.

The program took place at the special national relic of the Independence Palace - a place that marked the heroic historical event 50 years ago of complete victory for us. It was a practical and important activity to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 / April 30, 2025).
