Among the 92 "roses" selected to join the A70 Women's Militia Company, they are aged 18 - 27 years old, with health class 1 and 2, the shortest height is 1.62m to 1.70m, and their education level is from high school or higher.
As for the training officers of the A70 Female Militia Company, they are all experienced officers in training, including many officers who have trained female militia to participate in the parade on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory and the 40th anniversary of the Liberation of the South.
