And perhaps coincidentally, the first letters of that proverb spell out the name DALAT. This city of a thousand vibrant flowers, whispering pines, and kind, gentle people, along with its rich cultural values, also boasts spectacular mountain passes that have made it famous on the Vietnamese tourism map.
