After 5 years of implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05 CT/TW of the Politburo "on promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle", Nhu Xuan District Party Committee has issued many documents, led, directed and deployed the implementation.

In 2024, under the leadership of the District Party Committee, cadres, party members and people of all walks of life in the district have strived to complete and exceed the set targets and tasks; 24/27 main targets were achieved and exceeded the plan, of which 15 targets exceeded the plan; notably, budget revenue exceeded the set plan, the results of disbursement of public investment capital and site clearance were among the leading units in the province.

Studying and following Uncle Ho's teachings, associated with patriotic emulation movements, has developed widely in all areas of social life. The campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", the movement "Donating land to open roads", the model "Friendly government, serving the people", the movement "For the poor - No one is left behind" has been concretized by the district with many good and creative ways of doing things, bringing practical results.

In particular, the Campaign to support housing construction for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties in the province in the two years 2024-2025 has mobilized over 19.9 billion VND, building 402 houses for households eligible for support.
