Xuan Hoa commune held a conference to collect voters' opinions on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units.

Implementing the direction of the Central and the province on organizing to collect people's opinions on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units, Nhu Xuan district has issued a plan, directed the People's Committees of communes and towns to establish groups to collect people's opinions and publicize the plan to arrange local administrative units.

Voter consultations have been organized simultaneously in communes and towns. As of 3:00 p.m. on April 20, 2025, the entire district has deployed the consultation of voters to 127 villages and neighborhoods, ensuring publicity, democracy and compliance with the law.

As a result, the whole district had 13,835 voters representing households participating in giving opinions on establishing a new administrative unit, reaching 86.48%. There were 13,823 voters agreeing to merge current communes into new communes, with new names and commune centers, reaching 86.41% compared to the total number of voters representing households.

The results of the voter consultation are an important basis for the district to propose the province to complete the plan before submitting it to competent authorities for consideration and decision in the coming time.
