Previously, in relation to the above incident, the Investigation Police Agency of Thanh Hoa Province Police decided to temporarily detain many employees of Security 24 Security Company, including: Le Kien Quyet (born in 1985, residing in Hau Loc town, Hau Loc district, Thanh Hoa province); Hoang Kim Chung (born in 1996, residing in Thanh Yen street, Quang Thanh ward, Thanh Hoa city); Nguyen Dinh Duong (born in 199, residing in Quang Minh commune, Sam Son city, Thanh Hoa province) and La Van Thuy (born in 1985, residing in Tho Lap commune, Tho Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province) to investigate and clarify the act of "Disturbing public order".

During the investigation, the Investigation Police Agency determined that Le Ha Dong was the person who participated with the above group of people in blatantly diverting traffic at many intersections in Thanh Hoa City for the wedding procession to pass through, causing disorder and public outrage.

On the afternoon of December 1, with the encouragement of his family and the explanation of the law from the police, Le Ha Dong clearly realized his illegal behavior, so he went to the Criminal Police Department of Thanh Hoa Province Police to surrender and declare all his violations.

Thanh Hoa Provincial Police Investigation Agency made a record of receiving the surrendered criminal and issued a decision to temporarily detain Le Ha Dong for the act of "Disturbing public order".

On the morning of November 29, many clips were circulated on Facebook, recording a wedding convoy in Thanh Hoa City, with a group of people dressed as bodyguards blocking traffic in the middle of the road to let the wedding convoy pass.

The incident attracted the attention of the online community, leaving many mixed comments, in which the majority of opinions were indignant at the above actions of the group of people dressed as bodyguards, because according to them, this group of people were not traffic police, and did not have the expertise to carry out the above actions.
