Beautiful Thu Ngoc, leader of May Trang group, revealed her relaxing life at the age of 40 to the audience, after stopping at Chi dep dap gio 2024.

Thu Ngoc spent a lot of time pondering and thinking before agreeing to participate in Chi Dep Dap Gio 2024: "At first, before participating, I was very nervous and had many thoughts about accepting the program. I stopped participating in artistic activities for a long time, so I didn't know if people would remember me when I returned, if GenZ would know who I was.

Partly because I had been out for more than ten years, I had forgotten a lot of my skills. But when I came back and was welcomed and supported by everyone, I felt very happy and joyful. I didn't think people would still remember me."

Thu Ngoc considers herself a thorough person, she thinks she did not do well on her debut stage because of unnecessary problems. Although the female singer performed well and was well received by the audience, she still apologized to everyone for not satisfying the expectations for her.

Participating in a reality TV show, the leader of May Trang group is not afraid of being criticized by the audience for being boring. She is grateful for the attention and comments from the viewers because they help her see things she did not notice.

"I never thought that participating in Chi Dep was a stepping stone to return to art. For me, everything has to come naturally. Art is my passion, I have to truly love it before I do it.

"It's not because of fame or any other benefit that I joined the program to come back. After the program ended, I realized that I still have passion. Occasionally I will make a product to introduce to the audience, but to come back to perform, I have never thought about it," Thu Ngoc shared.

Having been in the arts since the age of 3 and working continuously for 28 years, going through many different stages caused the female singer to lose her passion for the profession. Before stopping her career, she felt that standing on stage was just to make money, not a passion.

The changing times and the emergence of many means of entertainment made Thu Ngoc realize that she had not been able to change with the times, so she decided to stop working.

Although not as active as before, the female singer still constantly updates art trends: "What do audiences like now? Even though I'm over 40, I still always update the trends of young people because I see that you are very good, doing good things. I really want to update these things. I don't want to be stubborn with my thoughts and be criticized for being old."

Sometimes I feel sad, cry a lot, even depressed, but I don't let anyone see those times. I always want people to see me in a positive image."
