TPO - The Tan Van Interchange Project is considered one of the most complex locations in Vietnam when connecting the main roads connecting Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai. The project was invested with a capital of more than 1,800 billion VND.
On June 22, Mr. Ho Quang Diep, Secretary of the Di An City Party Committee (Binh Duong) said that the locality is focusing on site clearance for the Tan Van Intersection project to hand over the site to the construction unit. Previously, at the end of April, the authorities held a groundbreaking ceremony for the project. |
Tan Van Interchange has a budget of about 1,831 billion VND. The estimated construction time is 1,050 days. |
Tan Van intersection also has many overpasses, located on the border of Ho Chi Minh City with Binh Duong and Dong Nai. The project location is about 600m from Thi Nai bridge across Dong Nai river. |

The total number of households acquired for the project is 511, of which more than 300 households must be resettled. The project passes through a neighborhood with many households and businesses. |
The construction of this intersection is expected to eliminate traffic congestion in the near future. Up to 7 joint venture companies won the bid to construct Tan Van Interchange. |
The authorities have reviewed and arranged resettlement for people at 6 locations. Of which, the public land resettlement area in Dong Hoa ward (Di An city) is about 198 plots of land; Dong Cham resettlement area in Dong Hoa ward is expected to have 15 plots; Binh Thang ward administrative center resettlement area (Di An city) is expected to have 6 plots of land; Mi Hoa Hop resettlement area in Di An ward is expected to have 13 plots; Tan Dong Hiep resettlement area and compensation clearance for the construction of Dong Chieu secondary school is expected to have 4 plots; Tan Binh residential and service area is expected to have 30 plots. |
