Completed and put into use since 2015, Nguyen Van Huyen Street (Cau Giay) is equally expensive with a total investment of more than 969 billion VND, and site clearance costs of about 680 billion VND.

Recently, the Hanoi Department of Transport has submitted a report to the Hanoi People's Committee proposing investment policies and pre-feasibility studies for a number of important transport projects in the city. Among them, there is the Ring Road 2 project, Nga Tu So - Cau Giay section (Lang Road). Currently, the width of each side of Lang Road is 10.5m. After renovation, Lang Road will be 53.5m wide, with a design speed of 80 km/h and will be the main urban axis.

With a length of 3.8km, the total expected investment to expand the lower section is 17,241 billion VND, each meter will cost about 4.54 billion VND.
