Of the 15 people, 8 are from the party and mass organizations, and 7 are from the government. These people all have 2-10 years of working time left. Many are holding positions of head and deputy head of units such as: Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, Head of the Internal Affairs Department, Head of the Ethnic Affairs Department, Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, etc.

Speaking to VietNamNet, Mr. Bui Anh Tuan said: "In carrying out the merger of agencies and units, these party members have clearly defined their ideology and responsibilities, so they have submitted a petition expressing their wishes. After receiving the petition, the specialized departments will re-evaluate it and report to the competent authority before proceeding with the next steps."

Currently, Minh Hoa district is reviewing and updating the list of early retirement registrations and implementing policies and regimes for those who retire according to Decree 178.
