Many party organizations and party members violated

On September 8, the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee announced that at its 36th session, the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee concluded a number of issues related to signs of violations by party organizations such as the Department of Education and Training Party Committee, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs Party Committee, the Department of Finance Party Committee, the Department of Information and Communications Party Cell and related party members.

According to the conclusion, the above-mentioned party organizations have not implemented the working regulations well; the implementation of self-inspection and inspection and supervision tasks is not very effective. This result leads to the failure to promptly detect shortcomings and violations of cadres and party members in implementing regulations related to the management and use of funding sources and investment in basic construction, procurement in projects, and information technology application software in the province.

The Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requested a serious review and profound lessons learned for 4 party organizations and 8 party members. At the same time, it requested that party organizations lead and direct a focus on overcoming the violations and shortcomings pointed out.

The Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee has decided to discipline Mr. Vo Nhu Minh Quang, Head of Social Policy Department, former Head of Planning and Finance Department, Gia Lai Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, with a reprimand.

Report and propose competent authorities to consider and decide on disciplinary action against Ms. Tran Thi Hoai Thanh, former Provincial Party Committee member, former Party Committee Secretary, former Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Gia Lai and Ms. Rcom Sa Duyen, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Gia Lai.

Implement disciplinary procedures and propose competent authorities to take disciplinary action against Mr. Nguyen Tu Son, former member of the Provincial Party Committee, former Director of the Department of Education and Training of Gia Lai; Truong Quy Suu, former Head of the Department of Planning and Finance, Department of Education and Training of Gia Lai.

The Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee also reviewed the inspection results and announced the case of Mr. Ho Van Diem, member of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. Accordingly, Mr. Ho Van Diem failed to inspect and failed to detect that the agency's accountants had appropriated money received to support the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic for personal use. The Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reported and requested competent authorities to consider and decide.

Regarding the above violations, the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee continues to consider the responsibility of the Party Delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and Ms. Dinh Thi Giang, Standing Member of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Ethnic Committee of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Council, former Deputy Secretary of the Party Delegation, former Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Gia Lai province.
