The highlight is the procession of the Mother Goddess to receive the scriptures from Phu Van Cat to Bang Pagoda (Linh Son Tu) - a sacred ritual that represents the harmony between beliefs (Mother Goddess Religion) and religion (Buddhism). The procession departs from Phu Van Cat, led by the lion - lion - dragon dance team, festival drums; followed by the elderly wearing brown robes, holding a fan in one hand, counting beads in the other, chanting Buddhist scriptures as they walk. Following are the flag team, trumpet and drum team, the eight-sound troupe, the bronze bronzes, the Taoist priests, the spear-holding team, the eight-signet team, the Bat Cong palanquin, the Long Dinh palanquin, the Vong palanquin. Finally, the Mother Goddess palanquin with the staff, the incense-worshipers, the disciples of the association and a large number of people and tourists. With a procession route of more than 3km through many temples and shrines in the Phu Day relic complex, the Mother Goddess procession to receive the scriptures takes place in the bustling atmosphere of the Mother Goddess worshiping community of the Three Palaces.

On the same evening, at Tien Huong Palace, the torch-lighting ceremony took place. The torch-lighting ceremony began with a drum performance and a lion dance. The bronze men, Taoist priests, temple servants, and incense-keepers sincerely asked for the sacred fire from the forbidden palace and carried it out to light more than 1,000 torches. Leading the procession was the lion-monk-dragon dance team performing to the bustling, bustling beat of the drums. Next were the dragon palanquins, which were brightly lit. Following them were a group of people in yellow military uniforms, with traditional red scarves on their heads, including both men and women, of different ages, holding bright torches. The torch-lighting procession started from Tien Huong Palace, passed through the relics: Mau Mau Mau, Tien Huong Pagoda, Cong Dong Palace, and then returned to the palace. The sacred torches, one after another, formed a long line, creating a magical, shimmering scene on the festival night. The sacred fire in the torchlight procession at Phu Tien Huong symbolizes the light of faith, and at the same time expresses the wishes of the incense keepers, temple servants, incense followers, disciples, and people for a bright, prosperous, and happy life.

Previously, on April 1 (the 4th day of the 3rd lunar month), at Phuong du Phu Tien Huong and Phuong du Van Cat, the Chau Van singing art festival took place with 15 special performances by dozens of musicians and musicians from inside and outside the district. Chau Van singing performances such as: Chau De Nhi Thuong Ngan, Chau Luc Cung Nuong, Chau Be, Chau Be Thuong, Quan Lon Tam Phu, Quan Lon De Tam, Chua Dong Cuong, Chua Thac Bo... were professionally performed by the musicians through Van singing with the seed-raising technique, rustic and simple melodies, imbued with the breath of folk culture, making listeners feel the beauty of the traditional art form of the nation. The festival is an opportunity to honor, promote, preserve and develop the value of the intangible heritage "Chua Van ritual of the Vietnamese people" and the art of singing Van, singing Chau Van.
Also on the occasion of the "March Mother's Death Anniversary" festival, in Yen Dong commune (Y Yen), the local government and people organized the Phu Quang Cung festival (Phu Nap) in 2025.

The festival takes place from March 29 to April 7 (ie from the 1st to the 10th of the 3rd lunar month) with religious activities: incense offering, practicing Chau Van (spirit mediumship) rituals, worshiping male and female mandarins, worshiping Mother Goddess, releasing flower lanterns, thanksgiving ceremonies; traditional cultural and artistic activities such as: festival drums, singing, singing, lion and dragon dances, etc. Especially, on the main festival day (the 4th of the 3rd lunar month), the Mother Goddess palanquin is held to receive Buddhist scriptures and water. The Mother Goddess palanquin is carried from Quang Cung Palace to Doi Pagoda to receive Buddhist scriptures, then through Phu Thuy River Day, passing through local temples, communal houses, pagodas, and then returning to the palace to pay its respects. The procession, which is more than 1km long, includes teams: lion and dragon dance, drums, red flags, symbols, flower palanquins, ceremonial palanquins, divine palanquins, eight-tone palanquins, male and female mandarins, Long Dinh palanquins, Vong palanquins, Mother palanquins, along with incense-makers, disciples, mediums, Taoist priests, local people and tourists from all directions./.
