Many productivity-boosting initiatives at Creative Labor Day 2025

"Creative Labor Festival 2025" was launched and implemented from April 15 to May 30, as a practical activity to welcome party congresses at all levels and the 11th National Emulation Congress of Workers, Civil Servants and Laborers in 2025.

According to Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, "Creative Labor Festival 2025" will be an opportunity to honor the contributions of workers and laborers with initiatives, technical innovations, quality solutions, effectively applied in practice, with great value for agencies, units, businesses and the country.

At the same time, select and honor typical initiatives, improvements, technical solutions, and excellent creative products, representing the bravery and intelligence of Vietnamese workers.

In addition, "Creative Labor Festival 2025" will also organize meetings, exchanges, and dialogues between leaders of Party committees, authorities, and enterprises with union members and workers; Organize honoring union members and workers with outstanding achievements in creative labor, creating a ripple effect on the whole society; Establish creative clubs or other forms to connect members in localities, industries, units, and enterprises with many creative ideas and initiatives...

Ms. Thai Thu Xuong also said that based on specific conditions, trade unions at all levels will organize, launch and guide grassroots trade unions to implement the "Creative Labor Festival 2025"; encourage and motivate union members and workers to actively participate in the response.

According to the latest instructions of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, based on the actual conditions of the industry, locality, unit, and enterprise, in the "Creative Labor Festival 2025", it is necessary to organize many activities such as: Exhibition "Creative Journey - Aspiration to rise".

Including displaying creative products (encouraging expression according to each stage of development: from initial idea to finished product); Introducing the story, creative process of each product; the spirit of striving to overcome difficulties, daring to take risks; the results; Demonstrating unique creative skills and techniques; Creating an interactive space, so that viewers can experience the process of creating products.

At the Presentation Contest "Creative ideas for national development" and the Skills Competition, initiatives and solutions for technical improvements to improve labor productivity; cost-saving solutions, green economy, weekly economy; initiatives to ensure labor safety, improve the working environment... will also be displayed, introduced and awarded at this event.

To promote the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has guided the organization of the Forum "Party with Workers - Workers with the Party".

The forum is a channel to receive comments and contributions from union members, civil servants, public employees, and workers on draft documents submitted to party congresses at all levels and the 14th National Party Congress, especially on issues related to the working class and the Vietnam Trade Union.

The forum helps raise awareness among union members, civil servants, public employees, and workers about the Party's leadership role, the country's achievements, the historical mission of the working class, and the role of the Vietnam Trade Union in the new era.

The success of the Forum contributes to deepening the close relationship between the Party and the working class; at the same time affirming the belief of cadres, union members, civil servants, public employees and workers in the leadership of the Party in the new era - the era of the Vietnamese nation's rise, and realizing it.
