According to statistics, in Thanh Xuan district, there are currently 2,567 lodging establishments, of which 1,153 establishments are managed by the police, 1,414 establishments are managed by the ward-level People's Committee. Through inspection, many establishments still have 3 main errors: Inadequate fire prevention and fighting equipment; plans to prevent fire from spreading between parking areas and other areas are not guaranteed; many establishments' fire exits do not meet current standards.

Authorities have stepped up propaganda, instructed facilities to open second escape routes, equip on-site fire fighting equipment, arrange equipment neatly and ensure safety standards...

The Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force has requested the facility owner to commit to correcting the violations. In case of failure to correct the existing problems, the authorities will propose to stop the operation of the violating facilities in accordance with the law.
