According to The Verge, many owners of the $3,500 Vision Pro glasses have shared in the past few days that they will return the product. This is based on Apple's policy of allowing buyers to return the product within 14 days of purchase.
According to users, using Vision Pro glasses has given them headaches and motion sickness, the weight of the device is being pushed forward.
“While the features are great, it causes too much discomfort, even in the short term, due to the weight and design of the strap,” said Parker Ortolani, product manager at The Verge, who owns a Vision Pro and intends to return it. “I want to continue using it, but I’m afraid to put it on.” Many VR/AR users have reported dry eyes and redness over the years.
