From there, attracting and retaining talent and analyzing and making assessments will be more objective and in-depth.

In particular, in terms of performance, resume parsing will help reduce 80% of the manual workload of the HR department. This technology has also started to be applied on the CareerViet website, helping candidates to apply quickly, just upload the available profile, AI will read the data, standardize the profile and significantly shorten the application process. Besides, it also helps to suggest more accurate jobs.
