In the first 6 months of 2024, the results in most areas of the Ministry of Justice increased compared to the same period in 2023, notably: Institutional and legal development and improvement; many projects and draft legal documents (VBQPPL) under the management of the sector were approved by the National Assembly and promulgated by the Government.
Institutions in the fields of judicial support and judicial administration continue to be improved, meeting the requirements of preventing and combating corruption, negativity and state management; communication and dissemination of policies, laws and mediation at the grassroots level are effectively organized and implemented; international cooperation on law has achieved many impressive results...
Delegates attending the conference exchanged and discussed the shortcomings and limitations mentioned in the report. At the same time, they focused on some contents such as: Basic new points of Decree No. 56/2024/ND-CP dated May 18, 2024 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 55/2011/ND-CP dated July 4, 2011 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of legal organizations and the tasks set out in the organization and implementation.
At the same time, discuss solutions and experiences in implementing the digitization of household registration books, responding to the peak emulation plan "Promoting the progress of completing the digitization of household registration data", some issues to note when implementing 2 groups of interconnected administrative procedures on birth registration and death registration; results of execution of judgments in 9 months of 2024, difficulties, obstacles and implementation solutions; prepare necessary conditions to implement the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Property Auction...
Concluding the conference, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice Le Thanh Long highly appreciated the preparation work, the way the conference was organized, and the results achieved by the judicial sector in the first 6 months of 2024.
Based on the opinions discussed at the Conference, he requested that judicial agencies from the central to local levels overcome the identified shortcomings, limitations and causes.
At the same time, closely follow the policies, orientations, resolutions and directives of the Party, the National Assembly, the guiding documents of the Government, the Prime Minister and the Ministry, proactively have solutions to well implement the programs, work plans, key tasks that have been issued and other important contents.
