Many cultural and artistic activities to celebrate the 1100th anniversary of the birth of Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang

During 2 days (March 23-24), to celebrate the 1100th anniversary of the birth of Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang (924-2024), at the National Historical Site of King Dinh Tien Hoang Temple (Gia Phuong Commune, Gia Vien District), many exciting and meaningful cultural and artistic activities took place.

The King's offering contest includes the following main competitions: reed flower arrangement contest, King's offering contest, and fruit tray display contest.

Each kindergarten in the district formed a team to participate in the reed flower arrangement competition and display it at the Temple of King Dinh Tien Hoang. This is a flower associated with the childhood and mock battle games of King Dinh.

The competition and display of the five-fruit tray with the participation of communes and towns in the district. Each team has from 7 to 10 members. The five-fruit tray presented to the King has at least 5 types of fruit or more, decorated, arranged, trimmed, carved with patterns, and artistically shaped.

The offering to the King (salty offerings) competition includes teams from communes and towns. Each team prepares a main dish, typical and special of the locality and must ensure food safety.

After the contest, all offerings were presented to the King and displayed at the National Historical Site of King Dinh Tien Hoang Temple on the occasion of the 1100th anniversary of the birth of Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang.

The organization of the King's offering contest took place in a joyful, safe, solemn, healthy and highlyeducational manner. The offerings to the King were carefully prepared by the teams, expressing deep gratitude and respect for the merits of Dinh Tien Hoang De.
