In recent days, in many border communes in Nghe An province, many practical and humane activities have taken place such as: health check-ups, consultations, free medicine, zero-dong booths... with a total amount of up to hundreds of millions of dong.

In Thanh Son commune (Thanh Chuong district), Ngoc Lam Border Guard Station coordinated with Brigade 283 and Thanh Son Commune Health Station to organize health check-ups, consultations and provide free medicine for policy beneficiaries and families in especially difficult circumstances. At the same time, the units also organized a zero-dong booth to distribute goods and clothes to people in this commune.

In Que Phong district, Hanh Dich Border Guard Station coordinated to donate 741 warm coats and 14 gifts to disabled students and poor students who have overcome difficulties to study well at Boarding Schools for Ethnic Minorities, Primary Schools and Kindergartens in Hanh Dich and Nam Giai communes.

In Bac Ly commune (Ky Son district), My Ly Border Guard Station connected with the Volunteer Group in Hoang Mai town, organized health check-ups, distributed free medicine and gave 131 gifts including: warm blankets, clothes, fish sauce... worth nearly 78 million VND to the people of Huoi Cang 1 village.

In addition, My Ly Border Guard Station connected the "Winter Coat" Volunteer Club to visit and give Tet gifts worth about 65 million VND to the people and 02 Kindergarten and Primary Schools in Keo Nam village.

In Nhon Mai commune (Tuong Duong district), Nhon Mai Border Guard Station coordinated with the local authorities to organize the program "Warm winter to school" at Huoi Man village school, giving gifts to students, kindergartens, primary schools and people including: water heaters, water purifiers, refrigerators, school supplies, necessities (books, warm clothes, rice, cooking oil, fish sauce, instant noodles, milk...) with a total value of more than 66 million VND.

In Na Ngoi commune (Ky Son district), Na Ngoi Border Guard Station coordinated with the Criminal Enforcement and Judicial Support Police Department of the Provincial Police to present gifts to 50 poor households in Na Ngoi commune. Each gift worth 1 million VND includes 500k in cash and necessities including sticky rice, cooking oil, fish sauce, instant noodles, etc.

Also in Na Ngoi, implementing the model "Green Environment - Accompanying children to overcome difficulties". The Youth Union of Na Ngoi Border Guard Station coordinated with the Youth Union of Military Economic Group 4 and the Youth Union of Na Ngoi Commune to organize the gift giving to 02 students of the Kindergarten in Phu Quac 2 village and the Meal for Children program at Na Ngoi Kindergarten 1.
