Accordingly, the working delegation led by Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Bien Hoa City People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Thanh, visited households in the land acquisition area for the construction of An Hoa 2 bridge on the Long Hung commune side to listen to the opinions and recommendations of the people, and at the same time propagated the households to agree to hand over the site.

The proposed contents such as compensation prices for land and constructions on land are still low, considering changes in the location of compensation prices, granting resettlement land when cleared, paying infrastructure fees when granted resettlement...

Some of the people's petitions were answered by the delegation members, who are representatives of departments and specialized units, at the time of propaganda and mobilization. Other petitions that need to be reviewed and re-determined according to the regulations on compensation and support policies when the State acquires land were also recorded by the delegation for consideration, comparison and response to the people as soon as possible.

Vice Chairman of Bien Hoa City People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Thanh affirmed to the households that he will direct specialized agencies to promptly review the contents of the people's petitions according to regulations. In case the petitions are suitable and need to be adjusted, they will continue to be adjusted and supplemented for the people, so that the people will not suffer losses. However, after the procedures on compensation support policies have been properly and fully implemented by the competent authorities but the households still drag on without handing over the land, the city will organize enforcement according to regulations.

On the first day, through the propaganda and mobilization work, 8 households agreed to hand over the site to implement the project, bringing the total number of households handing over the site through Long Hung commune to 12/42 households. On the same day, the local government coordinated with the construction unit to level some constructions that people handed over and relocated to new residences. The remaining households will continue to be propagated and mobilized by the working group in the coming days to soon complete the handover of the site for project construction.
