According to statistics from the Department of Finance, Bac Giang province has more than 1,300 accounts registered for a general inventory of assets. By March 26, over 80% of agencies and units directly managing and using public assets had completed the general inventory.
Some departments, branches and localities have actively implemented and completed early such as: Bac Giang City, Viet Yen Town; districts: Hiep Hoa, Tan Yen, Lang Giang. Departments: Health, Education, Agriculture and Environment; Industry and Trade; Construction... Currently, some remaining localities are continuing to review infrastructure assets and edit data to ensure accuracy and logic.
In order to ensure the quality and progress of the general inspection of public assets in the province according to the prescribed time, the Department of Finance has been actively providing direct guidance and urging in writing. Accordingly, on March 25, the Department issued a document requesting the Chairmen of the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to direct their affiliated agencies and units to promptly complete the contents and send inventory reports on the software. Conduct direct inspections at all units with slow progress and asset inventory data that do not ensure logic to correct and urge to speed up the progress.
During the implementation process, it is necessary to pay attention to reviewing all objects that must be inventoried to ensure completeness and accuracy of the inventory objects, paying special attention to road infrastructure assets, cultural and sports institutions at the commune and village levels.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of districts, towns and cities is responsible to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the progress and quality of the inventory if it affects the overall progress of the whole province.
