Since the beginning of the year, Bat Xat district has admitted 256 party members, and there are currently 18 files being submitted to the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee for approval to make admission decisions in the coming time. Thus, in 2024, the district will admit 274 party members, reaching 100% of the set plan.

Standing out among the 20 Party Committees of communes and towns is the Party Committee of Ban Qua Commune, which admitted 19/14 Party members, exceeding the plan by 36%; followed by the Party Committee of A Lu Commune, which admitted 17/13 Party members, exceeding the plan by 31%; the Party Committee of Nam Chac Commune, which exceeded the plan by 23%, the Party Committee of Ban Vuoc Commune, which exceeded the plan by 15%, and the Party Committee of Phin Ngan Commune, which exceeded the plan by 14%...

Notably, the Seo Phin Than village Party Cell under the Coc My commune Party Committee has admitted 1 party member since the beginning of the term (in 2024).

In 2024, newly admitted party members will focus on farmers and non-professional village and commune cadres, accounting for 54.25% of the total number of newly admitted party members.

Every year, the work of developing party members in Bat Xat district always achieves and exceeds the set plan.

It is known that from the beginning of the 2020 - 2025 term up to now, the work of developing party members of Bat Xat district in 2021, 2022, 2023 has all met and exceeded the set targets; in 2020 alone, 241/250 party members were admitted due to the separation and merger of Coc San commune into Lao Cai city.
