In 2025, for the first time, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology will have two majors under an international engineering bachelor's degree program, with tuition fees of 256 million VND per year.

Compared to 2024, tuition fees at Ho Chi Minh City Open University in 2025 will also increase by 1.5 - 2 million VND depending on the major.

Accordingly, the tuition fees for biotechnology, food technology, civil engineering technology, construction management, architecture (expected), information technology, computer science , management information systems, data science, artificial intelligence, and software engineering (expected) will be 28.5 million VND per year, an increase of 1.5 million VND compared to last year.

The tuition fees for accounting, auditing, finance and banking, business administration, marketing, international business, human resource management, law, economic law, logistics and supply chain management, tourism , insurance, financial technology, English language, Japanese language, Chinese language, and Korean language majors are 27.5 million VND/year, an increase of 1.5 million VND.

The tuition fees for economics, public administration, sociology, social work, Southeast Asian studies, and psychology programs are 24 million VND per year, an increase of 2 million VND compared to last year.

For high-quality programs in biotechnology, English language, Japanese language, Chinese language, finance and banking, business administration, economic law, accounting, economics, auditing, marketing, human resource management, and international business (expected), the tuition fee is 46.5 million VND/year, an increase of 1.5 million VND compared to last year.

The tuition fees for computer science, civil engineering technology, management information systems, and information technology (projected) are 49.5 million VND/year, an increase of 1.5 million VND compared to last year.

The Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics has also announced its tuition fees for 2025. Compared to last year, tuition fees for all training programs will increase by more than 200,000 VND per credit.

Advanced programs (Group V) in Vietnamese cost 1.2 million VND/credit; English x 1.4; practical x 1.2; Talented Bachelor programs in Vietnamese cost 1.1 million VND/credit; English cost 1.9 million VND/credit.

The tuition fee for the ASEAN Coop program in Vietnamese is 1.1 million VND/credit; in English it is 1.9 million VND/credit; and in Mode Coop it is 3.29 million VND/credit. Tuition fees will increase by no more than 10% per year.

For training in Vinh Long, the tuition fee for the 2025-2026 academic year will be 60% of the tuition fee at the Ho Chi Minh City campus. Specifically, the tuition fee for advanced international programs (internationally accredited) in Vietnamese is 780,000 VND/credit; and for advanced programs in Vietnamese, it is 660,000 VND/credit. The tuition fee increase will not exceed 5% per year.
