Tuition fees of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology in 2025, the lowest level is 30 million VND/year, many majors are 80 million/year. Especially international transfer majors are up to 900 million VND/year. Compared to 2024, tuition fees for transfer majors are from 532 - 799 million VND/year, this year will increase by 28 - 101 million VND.
Specifically, training programs with the lowest tuition fee of 30 million/year include: 40 standard majors, 15 talented majors, 8 high-quality Vietnamese-French engineering majors.
Training programs with tuition fees of 60 million/year include: 1 Japanese transfer major (2 years later is 91 million), 2 Japanese-oriented majors.
Programs with tuition fees of 80 million/year include: 1 advanced program major, 27 majors taught and studied in English, the first 2 years of the international transfer program (the next 2 years are 532-900 million).
In 2025, for the first time, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology will have 2 majors in the international engineering bachelor's degree program, with tuition fees of 256 million/year.
Compared to 2024, tuition fees of Ho Chi Minh City Open University in 2025 will also increase by 1.5 - 2 million depending on the major.
Accordingly, the majors of biotechnology, food technology, construction engineering technology, construction management, architecture (expected), information technology, computer science, management information systems, data science, artificial intelligence, software engineering (expected) have tuition fees of 28.5 million/year, an increase of 1.5 million compared to last year.
The majors of accounting, auditing, finance - banking, business administration, marketing, international business, human resource management, law, economic law, logistics and supply chain management, tourism, insurance, financial technology, English language, Japanese language, Chinese language, Korean language have tuition fees of 27.5 million/year, an increase of 1.5 million.
The tuition fees for economics, public administration, sociology, social work, Southeast Asian studies, and psychology are 24 million/year, an increase of 2 million compared to last year.
For the high-quality system of biotechnology, English, Japanese, Chinese, finance - banking, business administration, economic law, accounting, economics, auditing, marketing, human resource management, international business (expected), the tuition fee is 46.5 million/year, an increase of 1.5 million compared to last year.
The tuition fees for computer science, construction engineering technology, management information systems, and information technology (expected) are 49.5 million/year, also an increase of 1.5 million compared to last year.
Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics has also announced tuition fees for 2025. Compared to last year, tuition fees for training programs will increase by more than 200,000 VND/credit.
Accordingly, tuition fees for advanced international programs (internationally accredited) are 1.3 million VND/credit for Vietnamese; 1.4 for English; and 1.2 for practice.
Tuition fee for the international vocational certificate integration program (ACCA and ICAEW) in Vietnamese is 1.3 million VND/credit; in English is 1.9 million VND/credit.
Advanced programs (blocks III, VII) in Vietnamese are 1.1 million VND/credit, English x 1.4; practice x 1.2.
Advanced programs (V major) Vietnamese is 1.2 million VND/credit; English x 1.4; practice x 1.2; Vietnamese talent bachelor is 1.1 million VND/credit; English is 1.9 million VND/credit.
The Asean Coop program in Vietnamese is 1.1 million VND/credit; English is 1.9 million VND/credit; Mode Coop is 3.29 million VND/credit. The tuition fee increase roadmap each year is not more than 10%/year.
For training in Vinh Long, the tuition fee for the 2025-2026 school year is 60% of the tuition fee of the facility in Ho Chi Minh City. In which, advanced international programs (internationally accredited) in Vietnamese are 780,000 VND/credit; Advanced Vietnamese programs are 660,000 VND/credit. The tuition fee increase roadmap is not more than 5%/year.
