Many practical projects to support border residents in Hue City

The activity is within the framework of the program "Border affection - Youth for national security in 2025" to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025).

In reality, the lives of people in Quang Nham still face many difficulties. Many households still have to live in temporary houses, and facilities at public places are limited. In this situation, the Hue City Police Youth Union has launched a youth union in the entire force to coordinate with the Youth Union of the Foreign Affairs Department - Ministry of Public Security, Quang Nham Commune Police and other units to carry out many practical support activities.

Specifically, the units coordinated to start the construction of the charity house No. 2 within the framework of the “Pink Bricks” Project with a total value of 70 million VND; inaugurated the project “Lighting up your footsteps - National Flag Road” and the project “Security Camera”; presented 80 gifts to policy households, families in difficult circumstances and poor students who have overcome difficulties; visited and presented gifts to the security force at the grassroots level. The total cost of the program is more than 150 million VND.

On this occasion, the Hue City Police Youth Union organized a propaganda campaign on drug prevention laws for the people of Quang Nham commune.
